What are the shirts made of?
Our tees are soft 100% cotton, which gives the brightest, longest-lasting prints.
How do you print?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The ink goes straight into the fabric, so photos and detailed, full-color designs look great and feel soft, not stiff or plasticky.
Can I order just one shirt?
Yes! There's no minimum and no setup fee. One-of-a-kind shirts are our specialty.
What kind of photo should I send?
The clearer, the better. Well-lit, in-focus, high-resolution photos print best, and most modern phone photos work great. Avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images, or tiny images saved from social media.
Why do dark shirts cost more?
Dark shirts (like Black and Navy) need an extra pre-treatment step and a layer of white ink so the colors pop. That takes more time and ink.
How long will my order take?
Every shirt is printed to order in small batches. Please allow 5–10 business days for printing (mostly on weekends), then we ship with USPS. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks with USPS Ground Advantage, or about 2 weeks with USPS Priority Mail.
Can I return or exchange a custom shirt?
Because custom shirts are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If there's a misprint or defect, we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! As a launch special, order 10 or more shirts with the same design and they're just $15 each ($18 for black or navy; 2XL and 3XL a little more). The bulk price applies automatically at checkout. Adult and youth sizes are counted separately. This is launch pricing and may change; the price shown at checkout when you order is the price you pay.
Do you do group orders?
Yes! Teams, clubs, family reunions, and businesses. Visit our Group Orders page to request a quote.
