Custom items

Every Vyntee shirt is custom-printed to order just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or change of mind. Please check the size chart and your design details before ordering.

Misprints, defects & damage

If your order arrives with a misprint, a defect, or damage, we'll reprint it or give you a refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellovyntee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We print exactly the image you send, so low-resolution or blurry photos may print the same way. That isn't considered a defect. If we spot a quality issue before printing, we'll reach out.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
