Processing & shipping
Every Vyntee shirt is printed to order in our home studio, mostly on weekends. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to print your order, then it ships. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks with USPS Ground Advantage, or about 2 weeks with USPS Priority Mail. We ship within the United States only, with USPS, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Need it by a certain date? Order early, choose Priority Mail, or reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it.
Shipping rates (US only)
- USPS Ground Advantage (3–6 business days): $5.95, or free on orders $75+
- USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $11.95
Delivery times start once your order ships and are USPS estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & exchanges
Because each shirt is custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please double-check your size before ordering, and contact us if you have any sizing questions.
Misprints & defects
If your shirt arrives with a misprint, a defect, or damage, we'll reprint it or refund you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Please note: we print exactly the image you send, so low-resolution or blurry photos may print the same way. We'll reach out if we spot a quality issue before printing.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
